NTT Resonant Technology Incorporated (“we” or the “Company”) is engaged in cloud-based testing businesses. In the course of its business activities, the Company handles a large amount of personal information. We believe that it is our social responsibility to protect and appropriately handle personal information in all of our corporate activities.

Therefore, we are committed to appropriately protecting personal information in accordance with the following privacy policy.

1.Our Basic Policy concerning Personal Information Protection

Our basic policy concerning personal information protection is as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

2.Purpose of Use of Personal Information

(1) We will use personal information you provided within the scope of the purpose of use listed below. When we separately specify on service sites or our terms of services etc., any purpose of use that is different from those listed below, we will only use personal information within such scope.

    1. Provision of services, sales, and shipment of products, etc., and provision of after-sales services by the Company or third parties, such as the Company’s partners and business partners, on the Company’s website and applications
    2. Distribution of advertisements on the Company’s website and applications

  • Information acquired in association with service provision, such as comments, requests, inquiries, survey answers, effective service terms and request acceptance history, which, in combination with name and the like, makes it possible to identify an individual
(iii) Personal Information of Business Partners
  • Information that makes it possible to identify an individual, such as name of the person in charge
  • Customer information such as corporate address, telephone number and e-mail address, which, in combination with name and the like, makes it possible to identify an individual
  • (k) Business communication, transaction and performance of contractual rights and obligations, and other administration
(iv) Personal Information of Persons who Made Inquiry to us
  • Information that makes it possible to identify an individual, such as name
  • Information, such as address, telephone number and e-mail address, which, in combination with name and the like, makes it possible to identify an individual

(v) Personal Information of Persons Applied for our Recruitment Program
  • Information that make it possible to identify an individual, such as applicant’s name
  • Applicant’s information, such as address, telephone number, e-mail address, academic history and work experiences, which, in combination with name and the like, makes it possible to identify an individual
  • (s) Notification of interview schedule, notification of recruitment results and other communication
  • (t) Hiring selection, determination of assignment
(vi) Personal Information Received from Outsourcer
  • Personal information we handle in carrying out our duties outsourced by other business operators
  • (u) Utilization to the extent necessary for carrying out such duties
(vii) Personal Information through Security Camera
  • Information on security camera image that makes it possible to identify an individual
  • (v) Security control within the our facilities

(2) We will collect below-listed “User Information” within the scope of “Purpose of Use of User Information” specified below. While we will no handle information like this, which, by itself, does not make it possible to identify an individual, as “personal information,” if, in combination with other information, it becomes possible to identify a specific individual, we will handle such information appropriately as personal information pursuant to the Privacy Policy.

We are provided from Google Inc. with customer’s activity history information (including, without limitation, page browsing history within website, period of time during which the user stayed on each page, type/version of browser and OS, referrer and access source, but does not contain information that makes it possible to identify individual customer) on the sites designated by Google Inc. collected by Google Inc. using cookie information.

We may use this information within the scope of “Purpose of Use of User Information” set forth in Item (2) of “Purpose of Use of Personal Information” in Paragraph 2 above. Above information acquired by Google Inc. will be managed pursuant to the privacy policy of Google Inc.
